The company uses the ERP system Business OPEN from Gubus of Würzburg, Germany. Initially in 1995, the order processing and purchasing departments used this 4D solution. Nowadays the application runs throughout the entire company, especially raising productivity for business transactions such as returns, claims or product lending. It also supports the shipment logistics with an export interface to UPS. A serial number administration/management system, with all its tracking possibilities, is also a part of the package.
