La Maison des Cultures du Monde, an association created in 1982, aims to educate the French public of all ages, cultures from all backgrounds. In 1994, the Ministry of Culture assigned the design and implementation of training programs to the attention of foreign cultural officials. Beyond the daily management of training registration, the customized 4D-based application developed by Pascal Boulay facilitates the actions of exploration and investigation necessary to maintain professional networks.
